Alex Bennett
PrincipalAlex is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s operations including acquisition and development of facilities for WB Development Partners. Over the course of his 20 year career in commercial real estate he has held positions with real estate development firms and a healthcare facility operating company. Alex has been involved in the development of over $1 billion of commercial development across the country with the majority of that in the healthcare industry. Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Bradley University.
Donald Wilson
AdvisorDon oversees the company’s strategy and marketing in his role as an advisor. Don has over 50 years of real estate development and acquisition experience, including over 25 years in the healthcare industry. Don has formed and led a number of real estate development and healthcare facility operating companies over the course of his career. During that time, Don has partnered with both non-profit and for-profit healthcare facility operators as well as a number of publicly traded REITS. Don is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in economics and political science.
Jenny Kramer-McPhail
Vice President DevelopmentJenny is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of the entitlement, design, construction, and occupancy processes for healthcare facilities developed by WB Development Partners. With over 26 years of experience in healthcare design, construction, and development, she has successfully managed various projects, including medical office buildings, outpatient facilities, acute care hospitals, and post-acute care facilities. Her in-depth knowledge ensures that each facility meets the specific needs of patients and healthcare providers alike. As a licensed architect, Jenny is well-versed in state and local regulatory requirements and standards for healthcare facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University, which has provided her with a strong foundation in problem-solving and design ethics. Jenny’s expertise and commitment to excellence enable her to navigate complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
